It seems like every car company has taken to producing hybrids these days, but that wasn't always the case in El Paso. The Toyota Prius helped to spark the mainstream hybrid movement almost two decades ago, and continues to impress. The Prius was recently recognized by Cars.com, having been named the 2017 Eco-Friendly Car of the Year.
